Consultation Fee Adjustment on Medicine Purchase
If a patient purchases medicines from our website after consulting a doctor and the medicines are purchased based on the doctor’s prescription, 50% of the consultation fee will be deducted from the total medicine order amount.
This consultation fee adjustment will be applicable only to medicines purchased through our website following the consultation and prescription provided by the doctor. The adjustment is applicable to the eligible medicine order and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another patient.
Terms & Condition
1. Appointment Booking
Patients can book a consultation with an available doctor through our website. Appointment availability is subject to the doctor’s schedule.
2. Consultation Fee
The consultation fee must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Fees may vary depending on the doctor or type of consultation.
3. Appointment Confirmation
An appointment is considered confirmed only after successful booking and, where applicable, successful payment. Patients should provide accurate contact details during booking.
4. Doctor Availability
Consultation times are based on the doctor’s availability (maximum time 30 minutes). In exceptional circumstances, an appointment may need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Rescheduling
Patients may request to reschedule an appointment subject to the applicable rescheduling policy and doctor availability. A new appointment time is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed.
6. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the applicable cancellation policy. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or another available method.
If a patient cancels a doctor consultation or appointment under any circumstances, 25% of the total consultation fee will be deducted as a cancellation charge. The remaining 75% of the payment will be refunded to the patient through the original payment method or another available payment method.
The refund will be processed after the cancellation request is approved and may take the applicable processing time depending on the payment method or financial institution.
7. Medical Information
Patients should provide accurate and complete information about their symptoms, medical history, current medicines, allergies, and other relevant health information to the doctor.
8. Nature of Consultation
Online or remote consultation is intended to provide medical advice based on the information available during the consultation. It may not replace a physical examination, diagnostic testing, or emergency medical care where required.
9. Emergency Situations
Our doctor consultation service is not intended for medical emergencies. In case of a serious or life-threatening condition, seek immediate emergency medical assistance or visit the nearest emergency department.
10. Prescription
Any prescription or medical recommendation will be provided solely at the discretion of the consulting doctor after appropriate assessment. Patients should follow the doctor’s instructions carefully.
11. Patient Privacy
We respect patient privacy and aim to protect personal and medical information provided during the consultation. Information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
12. Patient Responsibility
Patients are responsible for providing truthful information and following the doctor’s medical advice. Patients should not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.
13. Consultation Duration
Each consultation may have a specified duration(Maximum Time Duration 30 Minutes ). If additional consultation time is required, the doctor may recommend another appointment.
14. No Guarantee of Treatment Outcome
Medical outcomes vary from person to person. The consultation service does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, treatment result, recovery time, or health outcome.
15. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated or changed from time to time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website will apply to future bookings.
